    I've upgraded from 2.7.2 to 2.8.1 and now it won't boot. Strangely there doesn't appear to be any useful error message to google either. I'm running on HyperV 2022, the previous VM was running fine with no issues. [image: 1778576545095-cb760e4d-a245-40c7-a626-c33d8e8cd701-image.png] I think I'm right in saying that this is showing it can see the hard drive, but now it's simply sitting there and has done for 30 minutes with no progress. Is my only option to wipe it and start again? Thanks.

В продолжение темы с моим пакетом Xray-core для pfSense CE (обсуждение тут): Хочу поделиться ещё одним аддоном для pfSense: https://github.com/pdazcom/pfSense-pkg-zapret2 Это GUI-пакет для интеграции zapret2 от bol-van. Основная задача — удобно запускать zapret2 через веб-интерфейс pfSense без ручной настройки скриптов, rc.d и ipfw. Что уже есть: GUI в Services → Zapret2 установка и запуск zapret2 управление сервисом start / stop / restart выбор профиля статус сервиса и базовая диагностика логи Аддон пока в первой версии, я его протестил на своем роутере - работает. Если кому интересно — буду рад фидбеку, тестам и замечаниям.

    @Ramosel If you open a TAC ticket you can provide the serial number and/or NDI as I recall. I don't think there's any registration process. We don't register ones we sell, separately. https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/netgate-4100/m-2-nvme-installation.html. I don't recall ever seeing a printed manual? Usually there are some stickers and ad/info like that. re: wiped...probably not but it's safest to reinstall and then you skip upgrading a few versions also. Maybe check eMMC life. Though certain settings will save a whole lot of writes...I suppose 0x01 is not meaningful and 0x02 or higher means it's been used. You can probably just import your config file, but if you have trouble TAC will convert config files to their models for free.

    It looks like unified web management could be coming soon. It would be great if it means easier control and management of all web services in one place. Let's see if any companies announce more details about it!
