Can someone see something wrong with this?

I have something funky going on in my system logs. I noticed that my devices on OPT2 (192.168.14.0/24) are being blocked, but only sometimes. They can access the internet, but are randomly being blocked from accessing certain sites. You will see my rules for OPT2 are set up to block OPT2 traffic to my private LAN, but my second rule is set to allow any traffic, to go anywhere else. The third rule was added yesterday to test a fix for this.
Any idea why some connections are being blocked and not others?
Thanks!

Based on the flags - something to do with re-transmits and lost packets.
See:
https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Logs_show_%22blocked%22_for_traffic_from_a_legitimate_connection,_why%3F

That makes a lot of sense. These machines are accessing a lot of random proxy servers all over and if they shut down the connection, it would drop the packets right?

not sure why you would say retrans and dropped packets.. Those are just packets that are not stateful is all. Yes if pfsense has no state for the connection then it will drop backs that are not syn (creating a connection).
Its in the doc linked too.. But you can not tell anything in the firewall logs if those are retransmitted, etc..
