Blocking Ultrasurf

Does anybody have a good way to block Ultrasurf?

Nope.  Don't they use TCP 443 like most of the other unblockable VPNs?  I believe they do.  The best you can do is to somehow get a list of all Ultrasurf endpoints, and then block traffic to those.

That is the problem…the endpoints always change.
