How to create a recurring schedule
-
I'd like to create some rules to restrict Internet access to specific hosts at specific times of the day, and I understand that needs to be done with LAN firewall rules on a schedule. The problem is that schedules (under Firewall/Schedules) seem to be limited to date ranges and not recurring time periods. What would be the best way to achieve the desired goal?

There are no date ranges, the JS calendar is stupid. Ignore the dates, all the schedules are recurring if you follow the instructions: "Click the appropriate weekday Header to select all occurrences of that weekday."

Thank you, very much! I'll try this.

I filed a bug. The GUI pisses me off everytime I need to touch it. (Fortunately it is very rare.)

Highly appreciated! As a developer, it bugs me, too.
Now, if I could only figure out how to create the proper rules to limit access of specific clients… it seems like it would have to be a firewall LAN rule and, intuitively, it would be a "block" rule on the WAN interface, but I've read some confusing statements about that and I'm not so sure. This is by far the most convoluted and least documented UI among all routers I've used.
