Block internet access after 3 hours of use

Hi everyone,
I want to block internet access to my son after 3 hours of use per day in some device (PS4,…).
I know that is possible to block internet access in some hours of day (good guide) but it is possible to block after 3 hours of use?
Perhaps with some Package?

Does it possible create aliases with mac address instead ip address? My son change his ip  :-\

Definitely not possible using built-in options. The only way is to define the time window.

Via FreeRADIUS and Captive Portal maybe?

Under users/MACs there is a Amount of Time  under Time Configuration in FreeRADIUS.
