Sip trunking, 2 provider 1 public address

Hi, wasn't sure where to put this, mods can move it…

I manage a small network in a hotel. They had a small pbx using a sip trunk to provider a, port 5060 is fowarded to that pbx from the outside.

Now they rented a part of the hotel to another business and in the rent agreement, they provide the internet link.

That other business have also a small pbx with another provider, also using sip. I can't change the port on the provider side so i'm lost on how to do it.

I would like to know if pfsense can do something like :

Request to port 5060 from provider A goes to PBX A and request to port 5060 from provider B to PBX B.
