I am running Version 2.3 Squid & Squidguard.  All is running fine except the rotation of logs isn't rotating my logs.  I have it configured Squid to rotate the logs every 7 days  and SquidGuard to rotate everyday.  I have carved out 4GB of space and it currently sits at 72% full.  When I manually clear the cahe the usage drops to about 33%.

I don't want to run out of space.

Any suggestions.
