Looking at the image, I guess so.
Someone please help me.
Wrong forum.
This forum is more adapted to help users using an existing system.
Not for rebuilding it :)Note : you probably need something like this :
You'll be needing the Radius Portal auth system, rewrite the "html" login page, including some Javascript and even JSON stuff. A part of the portal back end code should be rewritten.Someone please give me suggestions for the timer in captive portal? I don't have a clue on how did they make this timer. thank you.
Go here Post a bounty and READ THE RULES. Make your wishlist. And hope some one will stand up.
As always, as (portal) user often if not nearly always forbid popup windows (most do), your project seems pretty useless to me.

I completely agree with this. I made a lot of modifications to captive portal, from welcome page after authentication, popup timer, and even a shoutbox. None of this seems useful enough to spend time maintaining it. A welcome page after authentication is maybe good enough stating the amount of time or credits they'll have, as simple as that.

So how to modify the welcome page to display the remaining time? Thank you for the reply

I think you've had your answer already. Either post a bounty and wait for someone to pick it up, or just create a welcome page with the overall time available to your users posted there at the outset.
