LAN cannot give IP Address

Hello Guys! Recently my ISP gave me a Modem Router and replaced my failing modem, since that time my pfSense started not working (Cannot connect to pfsense through browser since lan dhcp is not working.) . When I boot pfSense it does not give a Lan IP Address. Is it my configuration or my Intel NIC is dying and cannot give DHCP Server IP addresses?
My Modem Router Settings : WAN: DHCP LAN: 192.168.1.1 /24
My pfSense Settings : WAN DHCP LAN: 192.168.1.1 /24
Is it because the pfSense router is receiving a WAN IP of 192.168.1.1 and has a LAN of 192.168.1.1 /24 thats why is it not working? (Sometimes the modem router assigns an IP of 192.168.1.7 to pfSense still not working.)
Any thoughts guys? Any advice or hints would greatly help! :D

You cannot have the same IP subnet on WAN and LAN. You need to change one or the other.
Interfaces > LAN Change the IP address to 192.168.2.1 /24
Press Save. Do NOT press Apply.
Services > DHCP Server Change the pool from 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.254 to 192.168.2.100 - 192.168.2.254
Save
Back to Interfaces > LAN, Press Apply.
Your devices will need to DHCP release/renew or be rebooted to get an address on the new LAN subnet.
If you have any rules set to 192.168.1.X instead of LAN address, LAN net those will also have to be updated.
