bandwidthd does not work with rc1

What's your problem with bandwidthd?
Mine was (and still is): From the GUI's Services menu, BandwidthD -> Access BandwidthD displays
Please start bandwidthd to populate this directory.
If I try to start bandwidthd from a ssh session:
/usr/local/bandwidthd/bandwidthd /usr/local/bandwidthd/etc/bandwidthd.conf
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libpq.so.5" not found, required by "bandwidthd"
find / -name 'libpq*'
A couple of other people have also reported a missing library problem: libiconv.so.3 is missing. (I don't have that file on my system either.)
-
same problem
Please start bandwidthd to populate this directory.

Maybe need define bandwidthd port for FreeBSD-7 in pkg_config.7.xml ?
-
I'm seeing the missing /usr/local/lib/libiconv.so.3 but not libpq.so.5.
wallabybob: can you post your bandwidthd.conf?

Here's my bandwidthd.conf
$ cat /usr/local/bandwidthd/etc/bandwidthd.conf

Options that don't usually get changed
An interval is 2.5 minutes, this is how many
intervals to skip before doing a graphing run
Graph cutoff is how many k must be transfered by an
ip before we bother to graph it
#Put interface in promiscuous mode to score to traffic
#that may not be routing through the host machine.#Log data to cdf file htdocs/log.cdf
#Read back the cdf file on startup
#Libpcap format filter string used to control what bandwidthd see's
#Please always include "ip" in the string to avoid strange problems#Draw Graphs - This default to true to graph the traffic bandwidthd is recording
#Usually set this to false if you only want cdf output or
#you are using the database output option. Bandwidthd will use very little
#ram and cpu if this is set to false.#Set META REFRESH seconds (default 150, use 0 to disable).
Is libiconv.so.3 supposed to be in the install kit? And libpq.so.5? I was originally using a 1.2 kit based on FreeBSD 6.3. I save the config file. Then I installed a "RC" kit from CD a few weeks ago, restored configuration from my previously saved file and since then have just used the full update a couple of times (update from Firmware item on System menu). Maybe tomorrow I'll save my configuration file again and do a full install from CD.

I did a full install from pfSense-20080820-2336.iso.gz and restored my saved configuration file and now bandwidthd works.
