NetScaler - Can't Connect to XenDesktop



  • Hello Everyone, I have forwarded port 443 to the virtual server on the netscaler. I am able to get to the NetScaler Login to come up, then it takes me to the Citrix Store Front where I can see my Desktop, however when the ICA file downloads, it trys to connect to the desktop, then times out with the following error, "There is no Citrix XenApp server configured on the specified address".

    I would like to bring up that this worked without issue with UbiquitiEdge Router Lite. So, I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong on the pfsense side, or if there is an extra step I need to make.

  • It's impossible to say with so little information.  Post your WAN, LAN & NAT rules.  Mask any public IPs in your rules before you post them.  Post your firewall logs from the time of the problem.
