IGMP Trouble in 2.3.2

I am pretty new to pfSense but thought I'd give it a shot to run IPTV on IGMP.
Following a number of forum prosts I have managed to configure a somewhat working solution. However, the stream stops after around 10 secs.

I am running on version 2.3.2-RELEASE-p1 (amd64).

Running the IP TV on the second card on my box (LAN2).

WAN upstream 172.16.102.137/32, 224.0.0.0/4, 233.8.61.142/32, 195.249.121.0/24  
LAN2 downstream 10.0.100.250/32

Ive added a NAT rule and opened the firewall for the IP:s above.

Have anyone seen this before, is there a resolution?
