Noisy HP DL380G2 needs IPMI so I can install hpasm and quiet the fans.

I'm running 1.2-release and it doesn't have the ipmi.ko so the hpasmd won't start. I've found that I can recompile the kernel to build it, but I can't find the 6.2 source. Is there a binary version I can download for 6.2-RELEASE-p11? Can I get the source from a dev cvs?
As always, any help would be appreciated.

Seriously, no ideas?
I guess I can try 1.2.1 and build ipmi with 7.0.

Can't you just copy it from a stock FreeBSD 6.2 box?

That would be great but I don't have a 6.2 box and I haven't be able to find any mirrors with anything older than 6.3. I was hoping one of the devs would have a quick answer…

Great! Thank you, thank you!

Other options include switching the fan for one that pushes enough air, but with less noise (I've done that plenty of times) or install an adjustable fan controller (inline).
