Firewall issues

having issues with my firewall i have open ports but have to restart pc to keep them open as them close , i have 2 wans so port forwarding is nightmare at best of times upnp never seems to work

is there a way to open 1 wan ports all to 1 server and 1 to do my other pc on network with out affecting speed of the 2 wans ( 50mb x2 =100mb connection )

need a lil guidance
