Ex. <strong>squidGuard</strong> is Beta 1.2.0_1 on the Package list. However, I found out that the current release version is 1.4 Beta from "http://www.squidguard.org/"</p>

For pfSense 1.2 based on FreeBSD 6.x exists only SguidGuard 1.2.x port version.<br />

<p dir="auto">1. Email the developer that created the package. dv_serg at mail.ru<br />
2. Wait for someone to do it eventually.<br />
3. Sponsor a bounty for someone to do it.<br />
4. Do it yourself. If you choose this route then this may link help you get started.<br />

You can install whatever is on the list of availlable packages.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you want a more up to date version you have to hack it together manually.<br />
(which is not supported)</p>
