Zimbra to be accessed by another Lan

there were 2 lans with 2 diff interfaces
lan1- 192.168.10.0/24
lan2- 192.168.20.0/24
zimbra resides on lan 1 with 1p=192.168.10.250

on lan2
=permit ipv4 lan2_net to zimbra with ports=*

with this rule why still zimbra is not accessible from lan2

any thoughts

NOTe Than zimbra is working on Lan1
