Is it possible to filter incomming webtraffic to a specific port and url?

      For example:

      allow incomming http://my.web.site:8080/page1.html
      deny incomming http://my.web.site:8080/page2.html

And maybe allow from specific IP's?

Not via packet filter. Move that effort to the webserver configuration where it belongs.

I don't have access to the webserver config, I have to treat it as a "black-box".
Is it maybe possible to proxy incomming traffic?
