DSL–--->MODEM2WIRE------>AcessPoint Ansel----->filtro mac--->Antena Omni 15dbi 1watt.
Quisiera saber si puedo hacer esto
DSL---->Modem 2wire----->Server pFsense----->Captive Portal---->AP---->Antena omni

todas tus dudas son correctas, se pueden hacer las tres

sobre  portal cautivo  tienes que entrar y en la ultima prestaña te daras cuenta que se pueden subir imajenes y archivos para el portal cautivo

sobre limitar el trafico p2p haslo con traffic shaper y le sas unos cuantos megas al p2p yo le tengo 50 mb mas que suficiente

y sobre la configuracion esa es la correcta
