Block Hulu (and other video services)

This may be a common topic, please forgive me if it was already discussed. (I searched the forums but could not find the answer.)

My daughter likes to sneak and watch Hulu and other videos after we are asleep. She does it on the wifi, and with the data caps from Comcast, she chews threw a lot of data quickly. I am looking to block access to Hulu (and other video streaming services) during set hours of the day. But I cannot figure out how to even get started doing this.

I am running pfSense 2.4.0.
