Show all rules in Web UI ?

Is there a way to show all of the PF-Sense rules in the web ui?

I am new to PFSense but I am not new to firewalls and it's really throwing me for a loop that there are rulesets that I cannot see and I'm fighting with.

I understand you can see them in the command shell but is there any way to actually see them while I'm trying to create rules in the ui??
