Newbie- need to block everything but LogMeIn

hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction- I need the ability to block all web access (80,443) but allow LogMeIn to pass-thru which also uses port 443. If the use of wildcards was permitted I think that I could get it going but that doesn't appear to be allowed.
I'm running version 2.4 via Netgate SG-1000.
