Do you have the opportunity to test with a computer on each interface (PC on WAN - pfsense - PC on LAN) and have some iperf or similar tests between the two PCs (in passthrough and in firewalled configuration) ?

Is your lansubnet overlapping your modem/router subnet?

In place. Between 1g internet feed straight from Provider router and BMJU(basically another router that does NAT and other stuff). Had to bypass firewall and router on Pfsense to get working. Hoping fot 500m+ through put on it. Read docs. No help. About to load something else on it.
