      Hiii
I am little bit confused that if i am distributing my internal network in 200 employees then whats the possibility  of packet loss and firewall issues.
Is pfsense firewall that much capable of handling 1gbps transfer rate ,and what will be the system configuration for pfsense.

What hardware are you going to run pfsense on??  What are its specs?  What nics?

What other packages would you be running on the box? Squid, IPS?

Are these 200 users all just on 1 network going out the wan?  You have a gig internet connect?  Is there going to be any intervlan networks routing/firewalling through pfsense?

            I'm having Ci3 6th Gen,6gb RAM, MB(GA-H110M-S2) + Realtek® GbE LAN chip (10/100/1000 Mbit)
            Most Probably squid.
one Ethernet for WAN and one for our LAN.
Firewalling and Routing will be done .Intervlan not now.
I am having 50MBPS of leaseline.

            Pls Reply

Don't use Realteck NICs with pfsense.
I tried and had a lot of weird behaviours

"I am having 50MBPS of leaseline"

Is that 50MBytes or 50Mbits?  Either way that is not close to needing pfsense to do gig..

Pretty much anything… I can do 400mbps with my pfsense running on a VM, with other vms running on a OLD hp N40L microserver.. Doesn't really require much umph to get 400mbps or 50MBps..
