Site-to-Site OpenVPN between 3 LANS

Hello,

I have 3 networks:
192.168.101.0/24 -> OpenVPN Server
192.168.100.0/24 -> OpenVPN Client

These both networks are already working (can ping/rdp from one to the other without any problem) with server mode Peer-to-Peer (shared key) in pfsense.
Now I just bought a dedicated server in OVH, and I'd like to add the LAN from there to this OpenVPN (this lan will be 192.168.201/24).
The question is, can I have two clients connected to the same OpenVPN Server in 192.168.101.0/24 or do I have to create a new server and client and manage routings? .
