      When vieweing rules at Firewall > Rules the first column is named "states" and AFAICT displays the total bytes hitting / passing this rule. Is there a way to reset this counters to zero?

        simple disable/enable of the rule will do it.

          @johnpoz:

          Won't it drop the maganement session to the firewall if your not careful  ;D

          Insert a management rule above it, just to be safe.

            disable of that one rule, no - it doesn't reset states just disable and enable again

            Are you wanting to reset antilock out rule you put in?  Either way disable the rule does not clear active states.
