      Hello guys
I have an issue when OPT interface won't access internet, I applied a rule on the firewall to allow any traffic through the interface, but still no access, any solution here?

I attacked 2 SC to show you the interfaces and the rule

LAN has no problem with internet access, is just the OPTs

Only LAN gets a default allow rule.  All other interfaces must have it manually added.  You either have your rule on the wrong interface, or you have other rules ahead of it that are blocking.  can't tell because you've renamed your interfaces and you only show the allow all rule.

I attached the rule showing in the interface, OPT1 is the interface showing, is the first one I renamed, should I include an extra rule somewhere?

That rule is fine so your problem lies elsewhere.  Start here:

            https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Connectivity_Troubleshooting

Your problem could be one of a dozen different things but your firewall rule isn't it.  Perhaps if you describe the exact error you're getting and what you have done so far to troubleshoot it?
