Intermittent connection dropout

For the last few weeks, I've been experiencing an intermittent problem when trying to access sites on the internet. My ISP is Comcast. Every time I have a problem, I go to the modem's internal website (192.168.100.1), and the signals all look very good (downstream signals are within +/- 7dB, and upstream are around 45dB).
I am starting to suspect that something is wrong with my pfSense router.
I tried to get to Bank of America's website tonight, and experienced problems. Here is output from some commands I tried at a cmd.exe prompt:

As you can see above, I can get to Internet resources… but I'm having trouble getting to bankofamerica.com.
What could be the problem? Where do I go from here?
