New aliases not created

I have changed an alias (simple IP change) and my new aliases have not loaded.  The fliter monitor just continual spools "Creating aliases…."

Is there a way in which to "kick it" manually without rebooting?

Fixed with a workaround, but not ideal….

Save config and restore it, however this reboots the firewall, which is not ideal in production.
