Working Pfsense IKEv2 suddenly stopped working, perhaps after windows update?

Hi,

I used to have a working VPN configured for both my iphone and windows 10. But windows machine seem to stopped working in the recent updates. The configuration follows the following guide

The error is:

CoId={7E1840A2-4F94-49DE-A248-1BED0D4862F1}: The user XXXXX dialed a connection named Freedom VPN which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 809.

Followed by either

CoId={D259FF49-4C82-487F-B1F3-D08E37FF68B5}: The user XXXXX dialed a connection named Freedom VPN which has terminated. The reason code returned on termination is 631.

or

CoId={7E1840A2-4F94-49DE-A248-1BED0D4862F1}: The user XXXXX dialed a connection named Freedom VPN which has terminated. The reason code returned on termination is 828.

I tried following this doc but it doesn't seem to make any difference

The odd thing is the iphone connection seems to continue to work, there's no change to the Pfsense configuration, but now the windows devices can't connect anymore
