Restored my settings from 2.3.4 and PIA VPN up and running strong 220Mbps. I changes AES-NI in system and it works fine. Messed with Hardware Crypto in client VPN and that made it crawl. Reversed the changes in the VPN client an it still did not restore my usual speeds. Simple config restore and I am gtg :).

Thanks for working on this!
