Deleting custom DNSBL feeds do not actually remove them from the system and will continue to be used until you manually delete their files.

As stated above, reload uses the EXISTING DOWNLOADED FILES. Deleting the custom feeds leave their downloaded files on your system thus they will continue being used!!!

Try to find where your problem come from; disable pfblockerng and check browser.
