Where do I start trying to understand a Kernel Panic

FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p19Hardware: Soekris net6501-70, 4port Lan 1841 card
I'm getting infrequent Kernel Panics - the first two were during the summer (where I assumed that there was a overheating issue, but the most recent two can't be attributed to the temperature.
I have the following crash dump, but I have no idea where to start in order to isolate the cause (or even determine what module caused the issue. I've also attached the full dump. Can anyone provide some pointers (no pun intended!)
