Block connections from users on VPN

Is there a way to block connections from users who are using a VPN client?  Using API functions on sites like https://iphub.info/ you can look up an address and see if it's a known VPN/hosting address. Can the firewall somehow lookup an IP address and block connection? Don't need to block across all ports, just need to look at connections on a specific incoming port which my game server is running on, and only allow connections from IP addresses that don't come back as VPN.
