any solution allow multiple pptp connection passthrough Pfsense 2.4.2 ?

PPTP should be abandoned for a secure VPN technology. In fact it should have been abandoned years ago.

Support for PPTP was dropped long ago on pfSense. Once upon a time there was a special proxy (https://www.freshports.org/net/frickin/) that was able to handle multiple pptp connections but it has been discontinued. If you need support for multiple pptp connections look elsewhere.

This should be reworded to something like "if you are looking for support for PPTP, fuhgeddaboudit and use something that hasn't be dead for 10+ years" ;)
