IP Lists: Include DNS aliases?
tdpw last edited by
from certain networks I would like to restrict outgoing traffic as much as possible, esp. on HTTP/S.
So I lmited to outgoing traffic via IP lists to package repository from Debian. Unfortunately, the Debian Project has for it security repository security.debian.org no official mirrors but uses according to theit FAQ DNS Alias Records to redirect to suitable servers.
Is there a way to include those DNS-Aliases into the IP lists?
As of now, I had to include the a DNS-alaias (which I have on the client being blocked) manually but I guess these might change often.
Thanks in advance.
