      Dear all,
After we update one hr to the latest Pfsense our VOIP internal phones are dropping calls for 10 second . so when we are talking to a customer the phone call drops for couple of second and restore, so the conversation is not to follow on both sides.
on the LAN side we are had always used any to any rules and no rules on the WAN.
      The firewall is Conservative .
The PBX is hosted at the provider external in this case. we never had any issues at all before untill the updates.

on the PfTop it does shows the IP of the PBX with State of MULTIPLE:MULTIPLE.

      77.60.91.250 is our WAN IP
66.200.164.30 is the PBX IP where the SIP request coming from.

@cyberbot said in VOIP Phone calls drops:

          77.60.91.250

Make a WAN rule with your service providers IP as the source and your client devices as the destination.

What RTP does your service use?
