Can't stream live video to Livestream website

I'm using a PC at work to send our Livestream to or website. The PC sends the stream to Livestream the company and they embed it to our site. The problem is when I start to stream pfsense blocks the communication causing the computer to lose internet connection and the program to say the quality is to high for the speed which isn't possible because when I'm using our default switch Livestream works just fine. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
