This is an Old Topic and I am looking for something more recent, I have this Exact problem, and to get ipv6 working again I just view LAN or WAN and click Save. (bounce interface) and it starts working again, Same PD no ip change. I am Spectrum Internet and never dropped a packet till I enabled ipv6 now its usually 2-3 times a day.
