I have ISP public Ip.cannot to client access internet. There is no problem with the dsl connection that has no static ip

I looked at your original post and I didn't bother to reply because there was literally NO detail to go on whatsoever. Announcing that you have a problem while providing no details won't get you far here.

This is simple for a default installation. It should just work. Post screenshots of your interfaces and firewall rules if you want anyone to help you.
