igb0 to igb1 suddenly slow. Perhaps since 2.4.4p1.

speedtest-cli sourced from igb1 or any external machine is capped at 90Mbps. When sourced from igb0 it's much closer to my provisioned 400Mbps at ~300Mbs. I don't have any limiters or other shaping and I replaced the box. Any suggestions?
# ./speedtest-cli --source $igb1 --server 6989 --simple --no-upload Download: 30.06 Mbit/s # ./speedtest-cli --source $igb0 --server 6989 --simple --no-upload Download: 324.53 Mbit/s

Can you tell us any more about the makeup and configuration of your device? In particular, what is igb0 and what is igb1?

The previous machine was an APU2.
- AMD GX-412TC SOC quad core
- 2x Intel i211 Gigabit Ethernet NIC ports
- 4G ram, 16G mSATA
- etc. etc.
The current is a one of those tiny appliance boxes.
- Intel Dual Core Celeron
- 2x Intel i211 Gigabit Ethernet NIC ports
- 8GB RAM, 120GB mSATA SSD
- etc. etc.
I have a single 400/20 link from the cableco. I don't think I've done anything out of the ordinary but my SG-2220 died when I updated to 2.4.4p1 on 1-Jan and the only off-machine backup I had was from June so I might have introduced an error getting back up-to-date.

How did the SG-2220 die?
So you got a Qotom and it sucks?

I don't know. Both of the SG-2220s I purchased failed with the amber LED issue. One after about 18 months the other after about 30 months.
As I said the initial replacement with an APU2 didn't work so I tried another machine (which isn't a Qotom) on the off chance there was a subtle hardware issue.

No, it says "One year manufacturers hardware warranty" on the tin and it was more than a year.

There is a known issue with some of the Atom CPUs.
Get in touch with support.

Upgrading to 2.4.4p2 has resolved my problem.
