Me neither.
Ask them ?edit : but I guess the URL you gave isn't t complete so I don't know of it works or not. What is the tool your are using ?
-
You could try at least a basic level of troubleshooting. Does it work on your phone via data? Does it work with any of the zillion "Is it down?"-type websites?
I can't get there from my PC via LAN.
I can't get there from my phone via LTE.
Isitdownrightnow says it's down.No need to ask here.

Doesn't seem to return anything, even when not behind pfsense - I don't get anything back from that at work
If its a private tool, don't you have to be subscriber or member, etc.
-
In fact it has several features, port testing, whois of ips and sites and etc.
But there is a time that only gets off

Its incorporated in pfsense - have a look at the attachment!
(The 2 Links down in the picture - IP Whois @ DNS etc.)

They changed their layout a while back... Its possible the links in the pfsense pages need to be updated?

Quase respondi em Pt ...kk
In fact it seems to be a mistake on their site, because when I gave this error I would access the main site and get access to all resources.

for example this is link to say ipwhois now
https://tools.dnsstuff.com/#whois|type=ipv4&&value=8.8.8.8
so the links on the dns lookup page of pfsense should prob be updated to whatever links dnsstuff is now supporting.. I don't think those private.dnsstuff ones work since the layout change?
-
@johnpoz incorrect link realy

Yeah most likely
https://thwack.solarwinds.com/thread/123625Where Are My Tools?
Fear not, the tools that you’ve come to know and rely on are still there, they’ve just been shifted around a little bit. Just click on the Free Tools link on the toolbar, and there you are.
That is dated Dec 13, 2018 2:15 PM
So yeah that would be my guess to the problem - someone should prob put in a redmine about it.. Or if we yell for @jimp maybe he will fix it up real quick like?
-
The output is different, not the same as before. Doesn't seem very useful to keep around, so I removed them entirely.
Open to putting links to different tools in place in the future if someone knows of some that provide useful output that can be linked remotely.
-
I use whois in terminal linux, is very good.
-
Yeah that is what most everyone would do ;) heheh But kind of hard to have a link to that on web gui
But guess it would be possible to just show the command output of whois running on pfsense?

I think that would be nice! IMHO
