I was running 2.4.2 before and could get up to 400 Mbps down, but now i'm lucky to get between 100 and 200. I've tried everything possible. Currently I have AES-NI enabled in advanced settings and on the openvpn client I have No Hardware Acceleration and No LZO Compression. I'm currently trying out Nord VPN. I'm getting same results with PIA and with PIA I used to get over 400 easy. With PIA changing to AES-128-GCM doesn't help. Also using UDP by the way.

Also tried the MTU sizes. My cpu doesn’t hardly break a sweat when it hits 140Mbps.
