Proxy does not work with non Standart ports

Squid is working in transparent mode + SquidGuard.
Everything works fine apart non standard ports I've put in Safe ports like 8080 8000 and etc.

Just nothing... in logs, seems like firewall are blocking these ports, but if they are allowed they are going just through without Proxy.

Do I need additional Firewall or NAT or Forward rules ?
