SG3100 all LAN LEDs green, will not recover from USB
We have about 20x SG3100's. Never had a problem until today. This unit (pictured) has all LAN LEDs green and is inaccessible via any LAN, OPT1 or WAN port. Power supply is from Netgate and is known good. Console does not provide any output (on known good cable). Attempted recovery from USB key (works on other SG3100 systems) but no luck here. Any advice?

Otherwise, I would recommend to try
- another USB cable
- check if you used correct console settings: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/sg-3100/connect-to-console.html
Even if the unit is not under warranty; please open a ticket. We can get you the updated image file to restore the unit.
