Traffic Shaping for VoIP - 3CX

We need to prioritize traffic to and from our IP-PBX (running 3CX software)

The Wizzard created a set of standard Floating rules but the voice quality did not improved much...

Also all "States" counters dispay the same number of packets... Is that normal ?
What's the best way to configure just VoIP traffic to be "high priority" ?
