Hi, I'm trying to configure two wan with two failover IP provided by Online.net. But Online.net only provides me with one gateway IP, 62.210.0.1

Is it possible to add two wan with the same gateway?

No, it's not possible. If you have 2 WAN IPs it's better to setup HA cluster: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/book/highavailability/index.html

Ask the provider if they have an alternate subnet they can assign to the other subscription.
