Like you can see what he/she browse in internet and is there's a way to display and can see even that past week.

You would need to install the squid proxy server and then configure it to intercept https traffic, which isn't simple.
The Cache/Proxy forum might be helpful to you.

@KOM Thanks kom. i think this is one im looking for. Squid proxy have a list can view a big downloads & top visited sites.

Lightsquid does reporting based on squid's access log.
