Amazon Prime doesn't work with VPN service PIA
-
Is there a clear set of novice level instructions to get Prime working? Thanks

Yes. Disconnect your VPN.
This has nothing to do with pfSense. All major streaming video sites block all known VPNs to prevent users from getting around geoblocks. Either disconnect, or sign up for some brand-new VPN service and enjoy for a week or two before it also gets blocked. Streaming sites also block well-known datacentres, so you can't even spin up a Linode or Droplet and roll your own VPN service.

Or, you could isolate that particular machine and have it NOT use the VPN provider to get to Prime services and other internet stuff. This is very easy if this is, for example, a video streaming box/stick or smart TV.

@akuma1x This is what I was hoping for exactly. I have two LG OLEDS that I would like to separate from the PIA VPN in my pfsense setup.
I’ve been doing the google on this issue with having pfsense with PIA and wanting to have Amazon Prime Video work, it keeps pointing me to Netgate forums but all of the ones I’ve seen are old.
Do you have the step by step instructions for novice ;) to understand and implement in pfsense? Thanks
