The problem was NAT related, i was on : Manual Outbound NAT rule generation and I didn't add rules.

Got ip, gateway, dns from dhcp, can ping other subnet.

Check your default LAN setup : no gateway is set.
The same thing goes for other 'LAN type' interfaces like OPT1.

What are the firewall rules on OPT1 ?
The same as LAN => you're ok.

(OpenVPN in my case, but the rules would be the same )
