When I build a product from pfSense I have to declare all sources which i've developed or not?

Fyrewall (http://www.fyrewall.com.br/) is a free software based on FreeBSD, pfsense on framework. HITEC Hardware didn't open their sources code, they only make it for free download .iso release. They have violated the copyright on open source software or not?
